Shipping And Handling

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING DELIVERIES.

We are currently experiencing delays in the delivery of some orders. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, however these delays are outwith our control and we appreciate your patience and understanding.  IF YOU NEED YOUR ORDER IN A HURRY WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND SLECTION SPECIAL DELIVERY AT CHECKOUT.

Our default delivery service is Royal Mail first class post for which you will be charged £2.60 at checkout. Royal Mail aim to deliver items in 1-3 working days, however this can occasionally take up to 10 days. For your peace of mind all orders over £20 are sent with proof of posting and are insured against loss or damage. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email to notify you of this. Orders sent by First Class Signed For will receive an updated order fulfilment email containing a Royal Mail tracking number for online delivery confirmation - this is not a fully tracked service.  All orders sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed will receive an updated order fulfilment email containing a Royal Mail tracking number. Dispatch Schedule

Our deadline is 10am for guaranteed same day despatch Monday to Friday. Orders placed and/or signed off after 10am may be processed the following working day (no dispatch on weekends or bank holidays).  Due to Royal Mail's delivery schedule, there are no deliveries on Sundays or bank holidays.

U.K Delivery Options:

  • Royal Mail First Class - £2.60 (aim to deliver in 1-3 days but can take up to 10 working days)
  • Royal Mail First Class Signed For (with online delivery confirmation) - £4.70 (aim to deliver in 1-3 days but can take up to 10 working days)
  • Special Delivery  (Guaranteed by 1pm the next day, fully tracked - not available for delivery on Saturday ) - £10.50
  • Special Delivery (Guaranteed by 9am the next day, fully tracked - not available for delivery on Saturday) - £39.55
  • Saturday Special Delivery  (Guaranteed by 1pm, fully tracked) - £16.20
  • Saturday Special Delivery (Guaranteed by 9am, fully tracked) - £43.15

All orders over £50 qualify for free postage and will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Signed For post.
If you wish to upgrade your delivery method you must inform us by 1pm on the day you receive your order fulfilment email.
We reserve the right to upgrade your delivery method at our discretion at no extra cost to you.

Please ensure that the address details you supply are complete and correct. If you receive a card to say that Royal Mail attempted delivery please contact them immediately using the details on the calling card.

Standard first class is not a tracked service and does not require a signature - most orders using this postage method will fit through a standard UK letterbox.

First class signed for, whilst not a fully tracked service will require a signature on delivery. If you are not in, Royal Mail will leave a 'while you were out' card with details on how to collect your order.

Royal Mail Special Delivery is a weekday service only (excluding public and bank holidays) which will be delivered before 1.00pm (we do offer Saturday special delivery at an extra cost).  This is a signed for service so you DO need to be at the delivery address, and Royal mail will NOT leave with a neighbour.  If you are not in, Royal Mail will leave a 'while you were out' card with details on how to collect your order.

Europe/International Delivery Options

International delivery is not currently available due to new VAT rules introduced 1st July 2021. 

Lost or Undeliverable Orders

If your order is lost in the post we will send you a replacement according to the timescale designated by the chosen courier for items to be considered lost. If your order is damaged we will send you replacements for the damaged items immediately.

If your order is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information being supplied to us by you or through the goods being otherwise undeliverable through no fault of our own we may, subject to discretion, charge a redelivery cost equivalent to the cost of redelivery + a 20% administration fee. Please ensure that you give us correct postal information and that you accept delivery or collect your items in a timely manner to avoid redelivery costs.

All orders are sent with proof of postage and insurance. If you do not receive your order within the stated times please contact us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, resend your order. Please note that all deliveries are made via third parties and are subject to their terms and conditions. Although we make our best efforts to get your order to you as quickly as possible we are not able to guarantee levels of delivery service and timescales for delivery.

If we are aware of any delays in delivery times we will contact you immediately. You may cancel your order without cost up to the point that you receive confirmation that your order has been dispatched.

If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly so that we may make a claim on your behalf. Items sent by 1st Class, and Royal Mail Signed For are not classed as lost until 10 working days after the due date – please follow this link for more details: https://bit.ly/lostordelayeditems

You will be offered the choice of a full refund or a replacement which will be sent by the delivery method selected on your original order.
